Student Teaching English Program

President

September 2018 – June 2024

Ran weekly Wednesday meetings for 60+ members and connected the club with local schools and communities to host events. Organized biannual overnight teaching camps and seasonal kindergarten and elementary teaching trips, started letter exchanges with local students, and introduced biweekly tutoring sessions with non-native English speakers. Worked closely to support three special needs students and helped build members' Chinese speaking and teaching abilities. Redesigned the club from the ground up, including its logo, T-shirts, posters, and this website.

Key Community Service Club

Secretary

September 2018 – June 2022

Held weekly meetings for 80+ members. Hosted and attended semesterly beach cleanups, started letter exchanges with younger students to build their English reading and writing, donated English books to local libraries, and made and donated annual gift boxes to orphanages. Hosted a charity concert raising money for 愛恒 (Ài héng), a local charity providing care to adults with disabilities. Designed the club's T-shirts and Rose Sale materials.
